FAQ

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types. My favorite part of this job is meeting new people and getting a glimpse into their lives. For portraits, I've photographed children of all ages including newborns the day after they were born, families ranging from 3 people to 20 (and ranging in age), professionals needing headshots for their websites and collateral, and newly engaged couples. For weddings, I've seen a little bit of everything from non-denominational ceremonies and backyard parties to full Catholic masses and elaborate ballroom receptions. My clients are every day people with their own special story to tell.

Where are you based and do you travel?

I'm based in Odenton, Maryland, which is conveniently located between Baltimore, Annapolis, and D.C. Travel fees may be charged for sessions over a 50-mile radius from 21113.

I love to visit new places! If you are getting married outside of the Baltimore-Washington metro areas, please let me know and I will work with you to develop a travel quote.

When will we get our photos?

Your will receive a link to your online gallery with all your photos within 8 weeks. You can download all the photos from the gallery, but you will also receive a personalized USB drive pre-loaded with all of your photos.

What is a “print release”?

A print release is official documentation that gives you the freedom to print your photos, share with family and friends, and post on social media as much as you would like. However, this is not the same as giving you the copyright; I retain that. If you'd like to sell or authorize reproductions by other parties (websites, magazines, advertisements, businesses, etc.) of your images, you will need my written consent.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When selecting a photographer, choose someone you feel comfortable with and can relate to. For a wedding, you will spend a lot of time with this person, so you should work with someone that matches your style.
